Eagle Wings organization is a youth led organization which aims at mobilizing and capacity building voices of the community in identification of the social needs of young women and youths from vulnerable communities through leadership, governance, skills development and economic empowerment. We support adolescent girls and young women and youths to be able to sustainably cater for their needs especially sexual reproductive health and rights needs through skills development and nurturing. We utilize an empowering approach throughout our work with a focus to enabling our target beneficiaries to effectively design, implement, monitor and evaluate their own successes in addressing the social determinants of health. We believe when youths and adolescent girls and young women are given a platform , necessary skills , knowledge and supported, they are able to lead and provide solutions to existing local, and international problems . Empowered generation offers solutions.
