As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to promoting, protecting, and realizing human and children’s rights.
Why support us
Zaporuka is a Ukrainian foundation focused on improving healthcare. Since 2008, we have implemented multi-sector interventions in various areas of Ukraine. Our two main areas of activities are: SUPPORTING HEALTHCARE SYSTEM We support hospitals located near the front line, and as well as hospitals located in safer areas to: • provide them with medical equipment, medicines and medical supplies, • improve sanitary conditions and create new facilities We also provide individual assistance to patients and their families (medicines and medical supplies, psychological support, physical rehabilitation, financial assistance, housing). SUPPORTING IDPs Zaporuka Foundation • has renovated renovates a two-story apartment building in the Lviv Oblast that will serve as a long-term housing for at least 100 IDP families • provides psychological support for IDPs (hot line active 24x7, psychological staff in shelters and hospitals) • organizes distribution of basic food supplies, hygiene kits, clothes, medicines and other products
